What a lovely, friendly and totally professional company. We had quite a lot of furniture and household goods to move and the team were fantastic. They really earned their money and nothing was damaged! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting good value and an excellent service.

I have used WH Cox & Son on three occasions now. The first time was a local move of a mile or so, the second a 250 mile relocation. On both occasions, the team were incredibly professional and every single one of them worked their socks off. When it was time for us to move again two years later, I was delighted when they agreed to make another 250 mile trip, as I couldn’t find any local companies that were comparable. And once again, the crew excelled themselves. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. Quite simply, you won’t find better – so stop trying.

Great company – cheaper than many I checked but they were very professional and moved my things carefully. Also supplied packing boxes and did some of the packing (kitchen). Would recommend for price and professionalism.

Move from a 2 bedroom flat. I wanted the contents stored overnight before delivery the following day. I did my own box packing.

“From the initial visit to provide a quote to the final move all the staff I had contact with were professional, easy to deal with and friendly.

On the moving out day the staff were excellent, they dealt with valuables and breakables proficiently and had all the contents in the back of the van very quickly. They were friendly and I felt very confident that my possessions were in good hands at all times.

The unpacking the following day went just as smoothly. The company made sure that one of the movers was the same as the previous day so he knew where things had come from and how to reassemble furniture which had been taken apart. Again the movers were excellent.

I can genuinely say that there nothing that I wasn’t happy about.”

The move was from a maisonette up three flights of stairs and without a lift, to a flat up one flight of stairs.

“The whole process of managing my move with H. cox and Sons was extremely efficient and stress free. From the initial visit for assessing the quote to the actual removal everyone I spoke to regarding my move were really helpful and reassuring.
In particular the removal men on the day were polite, helpful, cheerful and worked very hard on what was a difficult removal from up three flights of stairs.”
